On the top side of this blue roan stallion, he is a grandson of Peptoboonsmal, which comes from the lines of Peppy San Badger and Mr. San Peppy. The bottom side of his sire’s dam are Doc’s Sug, Doc Bar, and Gay Bar King. Bottom side of Ima Pepto Cow Cutter’s dam is a daughter of Smart Chick Olena by Smart Little Lena. He was broke to ride as a two-year-old, but not ridden since. He was used on our farm to hand and pasture breed mares since he was two years old. He is now 17-years old and a sound breeder. His colts are usually blue roan or red roan out of gray mares. After 45 years of breeding quarter horses, the time has come to liquidate our last eight head of horses. Our other businesses are requiring more time and work. At our ages of 71, I can’t physically keep up with things that need to be taken care of. So, we are starting with the horses.
