We purchased Dutch two years ago for my 8 year old daughter to ride and learn on. She decided to be a speedster now and would like to pass Dutch on to another young rider. He is super gentle - he was shown by an elderly woman before we purchased him. He is an easy keeper for 15, stands at the block to mount and dismount. Goes in any direction you point him. Dutch is as at home in the arena showing as he is on the trail or pasture. He will climb or cross any trail.
